🕐 How long does the battery last?
The NeverLost™ Mini Tracker uses a CR2032 coin cell battery that typically lasts up to one year, depending on usage. When the battery runs low, simply replace it — no tools required.
📱 Is it compatible with Android?
No — the NeverLost™ Mini Tracker is exclusively designed for Apple’s Find My app (iOS 14.5 or later). An Android-compatible version will be announced in the future.
📦 When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
🔋 Can I replace the battery myself?
Yes! The tracker uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery that can be easily replaced by opening the back cover.
🔔 How do I find my item with the tracker?
Open Apple’s Find My app, select your NeverLost™ device, and tap “Play Sound” to locate it instantly — even under the couch or in another room.
🚫 My tracker isn’t connecting. What should I do?
If your tracker doesn’t appear in the Find My app, make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. You can also reset the tracker by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds until you hear a short beep.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. All orders include tracking information, which you’ll receive via email after your order has been dispatched.
💰 What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For more info, see our Shipping & Returns page.
